The short version

Your records stay on your device and in your own private iCloud account. We do not collect, sell or share your data. The app has no ads, no analytics and no tracking.

What the app stores

Customers, sites, equipment, refrigerant service records, leak inspections, verification tests, photos and your shop details that you enter. This data is stored on your device. If iCloud is turned on, it syncs through your private iCloud database so it appears on your other devices. Apple operates iCloud; we cannot read your iCloud data.

Camera and photos

The camera and photo picker are used only when you scan an equipment nameplate or attach a photo. Text recognition runs on your device. Images are not sent to us.

Notifications

Deadline reminders are scheduled on your device. No notification data leaves your device.

Purchases

Subscriptions are handled by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your payment details.

Exports

PDF, CSV and backup files are created on your device. They are shared only when you choose to share, print or save them.

Children

LeakLedger is a business tool and is not directed to children.
